David Crowe, identified as Taylor Swift’s stalker, was arrested again just two hours after appearing in court for his previous arrest. He was found near Swift’s residence, marking the third time he has been arrested in the vicinity.

Photos show Crowe smoking a cigarette outside a McDonald’s, located just two blocks from Swift’s New York City townhouse, around 2 PM on Wednesday. Witnesses reported that he eventually returned to Swift’s residence, prompting a neighbor to call 911.

Upon arrival, the police arrested Crowe on a charge of criminal contempt, as an order of protection had been issued against him earlier that morning during his arraignment on two counts each of harassment and stalking.

During his arrest, Crowe informed the police that he was from Seattle and intended to fly home, but the police found no evidence to support this claim.

The arrest is particularly concerning as Swift is currently in New York City. She was seen out on Tuesday night with Brittany Mahomes and Cara Delevingne. It’s not clear whether Swift was at home when Crowe was arrested, but she had been out of town during his previous arrests.

A law enforcement source stated that Crowe is fully aware of his actions and is articulate. He appears to be fixated on Swift and can’t stay away from her residence. The authorities are doing everything they can to ensure her safety.
