Taylor Swift is the biggest star in the world … so it’s no shock that she could start a feud between two sovereign nations — and it’s all because she performs next weekend.

Here’s the deal… Obviously, T-Swift is just over in Singapore, having completed her first three of six concerts in the country. After his next three shows, he topped 5000 in Southeast Asia.

The reason for this is the resentment … a deal was reportedly struck by Singapore authorities that Taylor would not perform in other parts of the region, thus making Singapore an essential tour destination for Swifties in Asia. Gives.

Well, one lawmaker in the Philippines isn’t having it … publicly calling out the Singaporean government for not being neighborly at all.

Philippine politician Joy Salceda has called on her government’s foreign affairs department to protest the grant it gave to SWIFT to maintain the special agreement with Singapore.

Salcida told a local outlet that governments are supposed to be friends … so in his mind, this is a very painful betrayal by the Singaporean government.

BTW…backing up Thailand’s Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin Salceda’s claim — with Sky News reporting that she asked AEG, the company behind Tay’s tour, why she wasn’t coming, and they told him all about the special deal.

Taylor clearly isn’t letting all the bad blood dampen her mood though… ’cause she’s staying focused on her shows — putting on several impressive performances for all the Swifties who come to see her.

Helen of Troy starts a war back in the day … and Taylor of Tennessee accidentally does the exact same thing.
