Sofia Vergara, the Colombian-American actress, is not letting a recent lawsuit dampen her spirits. Instead, she’s been spotted letting loose on the dance floor in Miami and spending time with soccer legend Lionel Messi.

Vergara and Messi were seen at Papi Steak Miami, enjoying some high-end food before Vergara hit the dance floor with her friends. She was the life of the party, dancing and having a great time with her group.

According to sources at the club, Vergara arrived with her friends around 9 PM ET and partied until around 1 AM. She happened to run into Messi at the restaurant, who was there enjoying a steak dinner reportedly worth $1,000 with his wife.

Messi wasn’t alone either. He was accompanied by his football friends Luis Suárez and Jordi Alba, who are also his teammates at Inter Miami. It was quite the gathering of stars.

Despite her ongoing legal issues, Vergara seemed to be in high spirits. She is currently being sued by the estate of convicted drug queen-pin Griselda Blanco over her portrayal of Blanco in the upcoming Netflix series “Griselda.” Blanco’s adult children, led by her son Michael, allege that the show uses notes and anecdotes that Michael shared with a Netflix producer between 2009 and 2022.

Sofia Vergara GETTY

The estate is seeking to halt the release of the show, a challenging request given that it’s scheduled to premiere on Netflix on Thursday. However, Vergara doesn’t seem to be worried about a potential delay. She was seen enjoying the music and showing off her dance moves at the club. Way to go, Sofia!
