Sean Diddy Combs is currently facing a fresh lawsuit filed by a producer who worked on his recent album. According to court documents reported by NBC News on February 26, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones has accused the music mogul of sexual harassment, drugging, and threats over a span of more than a year.

Jones claims that he resided and traveled with Diddy from September 2022 to November 2023. During this time, he allegedly recorded extensive video and audio footage of the rapper, his staff and others “engaging in serious illegal activity.”

The producer further alleges that Diddy sexually harassed and assaulted him while they lived together at Diddy’s residences in Florida, Los Angeles, New York, and even on a yacht rented by Diddy in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

According to court documents, the allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs include “constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus.”

The producer, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, seeking $30 million in damages.

In a statement to Us Weekly, Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley, has vehemently denied the accusations, labeling Jones as a “liar”.

“Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit, shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday,” Holley said. “His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”

“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them,”Diddy’s attorney added.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Diddy has faced sexual assault accusations. In November 2023, his ex-partner Cassie (legally known as Casandra Ventura) settled a lawsuit against him. Diddy’s lawyer, Ben Brafman, clarified that the settlement was not an admission of wrongdoing.

After Cassie’s lawsuit, two additional women, Liza Gardner and Joie Dickerson-Neal, filed lawsuits accusing Diddy of sexual assault. A third woman, identified as Jane Doe, alleged in court documents that Diddy and two other men gang-raped her when she was 17 years old, and Diddy was 34.

These three cases against Diddy are currently awaiting resolution. In a prior statement, the rapper vehemently denied the allegations, saying “enough is enough,” and called the claims against him “sickening.”

In a statement to Us in December 2023, Sean “Diddy” Combs expressed his frustration over the recent allegations against him. He stated, “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation, and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, please reach out to the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673).
