Playboy and Maxim model Masuimi Max died of an accidental overdose of cocaine and fentanyl, TMZ has learned.

More than a month after her shocking death, the death has been officially ruled an accident. As law enforcement sources previously told to the outlet … Masuimi — who was also an actress — was found dead in her home in the Las Vegas area on Jan. 25.

At the time, officials said they did not suspect foul play … but an investigation was to be conducted.

Masuimi’s modeling career began in the early 2000s and she has appeared in several major publications, including Playboy, Maxim, Alt Magazine, Disgust Magazine and others. While Masumi never achieved A-list status as she pursued an acting career … her IMDB page has several credits — including “Cornman: American Vegetable Hero” and “Giantess Battle Attack.”

He even worked with Samuel L. Jackson and Ice Cube, playing an uncredited role in the 2005 action film “xXx: State of the Union.” ICYMI… you can see Masuimi in the movie as the girlfriend of rapper Xzibit’s character.

His most recent credit was for an indie horror film in 2023, titled “Protege Moi” — in which he played Mercel.

Before her death, Masuimi had become an online influencer — amassing over 300K followers on Instagram. She also posted horror videos and makeup tutorials on YouTube…which remain online after her death.
