Andy Cohen is being sued by former ‘RHONY’ star Leah McSweeney and she’s accusing Brandi Glanville of the same things.

According to legal documents filed Tuesday, obtained by TMZ, Leah who also starred in the ‘Housewives’ spin-off ‘Ultimate Girls Trip’ — claims that producers … Bravo , along with NBC Universal Media and others, created a toxic work environment where his mental health and alcohol use disorder were exploited “in the name of selling drama”.

She continues by claiming that even though Andy and others were aware of her difficulties with addiction, they were still pressing her to drink alcohol while she was on the show. Leah cites a text she claims to have received from “RHUGT” co-star Marysol Patton saying, “I wish you were still drinking.” Leah saw this as a direct allusion to her recent sobriety.

The former reality TV star also alleges that the “Watch What Happens Live” host indulges in cocaine use alongside Bravo stars and Housewives, rewarding those who participate in the drug use with good TV edits.

An Andy Cohen representative tells TMZ “The claims against Andy are completely false.”

A Source also told to TMZ “many of these claims have been expressed by Leah previously and — to their knowledge — the allegations were found not to be accurate.”

“Andy hasn’t been an executive at Bravo since 2013 … so he’s technically not even their boss and doesn’t have final say or more influence than any other producer working on the franchise,” the source also remind.

However, all claims are investigated no matter the situations, as the network has previously stated.

Leah is suing the production for undisclosed damages, alleging that they discriminated against her because of her history of alcoholism and other problems, and that they did not provide her with any accommodations when she was appearing in the shows.

Andy, who is accused of sexually harassing “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “RHUGT” alum Brandi Glanville, is facing further drama on the show as a result of this lawsuit.

ICYMI, last week, Brandi’s attorneys threatened to sue NBC Universal, alleging that the host of Bravo had asked Brandi to watch him hook up with another Bravo star via FaceTime.

In response to Brandi’s allegations, Andy wrote on X very soon, saying that everything had been exaggerated and that it was all a joke. He did admit that the circumstance was improper, though.

Brandi clarified that she wasn’t laughing — as she called on Andy to apologize to his fans instead.
