Kim Zolciak and her daughter Brielle Biermann have suffered an opulent loss…after neglecting to make payments on a Range Rover, they are now required to turn in the keys.

After Ally Bank sued Brielle and Kim in December for violating the terms of their sales agreement, the judge decided against the reality TV stars in new court documents, obtained by TMZ. This decision gives Ally Bank the authority to take back their Range Rover.

On Wednesday, the judge granted the ruling, allowing for the 2019 car to be repossessed right now.

The decision was made three months after the bank filed a lawsuit against the Bravo celebrities, alleging that they neglected to pay the $1,903 monthly loan on the car, which Brielle was the mainly driver of. However, the lawsuit named Kim and Brielle and said they owed $83,969.35 for the car.

It’s no secret that the family is having financial difficulties—many litigation are pending, and Kim and her former husband, Kroy Biermann, are being pursued by the IRS. To get out of this financial rut, the couple even reduced the price of their Georgia mansion by a million dollars back in January.

The Zolciak-Biermanns had actually had to fork over fork over more than one car before this one. Remember that Kroy was forced to return his Rolls-Royce after failing to make the monthly payment on the $400,100 SUV.

Kim and Kroy are continuing with their divorce, as we have learned, but Kim and Brielle will not be continuing in their opulent SUV.
