Jonathan Majors’ ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari is dragging him back into court because she is suing him for assault and other things she says happened before.

Jabbari recently filed a lawsuit against Majors, and in the documents that TMZ was able to obtain, she goes into great detail about previous purported incidents that she says happened prior to the March 2023 event that landed him in criminal court and resulted in his conviction.

In her lawsuit, Grace Jabbari asserts that she began to fear Majors and his temper as early as 2021, the year after they first started dating. She cites a particular point in time at the end of that year, when she brought up a previous relationship, which she claims infuriated Majors and resulted in a verbal attack. This resulted in a conviction in the end.

She lists further claimed incidents of abuse, such as the allegation that Majors threw her against a shower wall when he became angry, and that he then proceeded to toss candles and other random objects.

She continues by saying Majors repeatedly attacked her in London when he was there to film “Loki.” Jabbari also asserts that he would become enraged and lose control over seemingly insignificant things like having people around or laughing on the phone with her mother. She further claims he would occasionally smash her head or shatter her headphones.

Jabbari describes an alleged incident in which she says Majors became so angry with her that he allegedly choked her and banged her head on a marble floor.

She says he delivered his rant against Coretta Scott King during this period in London.

After a while, Jabbari brings up the March 2023 incident, restating her initial accusations that he struck her in the car for trying to check his phone while she was distracted by a text from another woman.

He then allegedly twisted her fingers in the car, and she followed him out, at which point he allegedly threw her back in “like a football.”

After much deliberation during the trial, the jury found Majors guilty based on what they had seen from the evidence outside of the car. But in this complaint, she’s going all in again, saying that he attacked her in the car and that it was the culmination of a long-term abuse relationship, according to her allegations.

Majors was found guilty in December of misdemeanor assault and harassment, as we previously reported. Despite his team’s efforts to have the conviction overturned, Majors is presently awaiting sanctions.

Jabbari is also suing Majors for defamation, arguing that he damaged her reputation by asserting that she had lied to him in interviews conducted both before and after the trial regarding the physical abuse.

Priya Chaudhry, Jonathan Majors’ lawyer, told TMZ, … “This is no surprise. Mr. Majors is preparing counterclaims against Ms. Jabbari.”
