Britney Spears recently expressed her heartfelt support for Janet Jackson.

Britney Spears, the 42,singer known for hits like “Toxic,” recently shared a heartfelt message on Instagram. Although she swiftly removed the post, it was directed at Janet Jackson, the 57, music icon behind songs like “Scream.”

Spears posted on Instagram on Sunday, saying, “Thank you to this beautiful lady for keeping my dreams and heart alive.”

“She’s always been the deepest and brightest woman at the same time.” The “Circus” singer continued, “She went through so much but I feel she is someone I will look up to for the rest of my life.”

“Thank you for your music and your divine way of untangling intelligence to a far more clear view than anyone could ever imagine,” she added.

The caption, accompanied by a photo of Jackson’s 1993 album cover for “Janet,” appeared to allude to the controversy surrounding her Super Bowl XXXVIII performance with Justin Timberlake.

Amid her ongoing dispute with her ex-boyfriend, Britney Spears finds herself in the spotlight once again. The infamous 2004 Halftime Show incident, where Justin Timberlake exposed Janet Jackson’s chest, continues to reverberate.

Although both Jackson and Timberlake publicly apologized back then, the fallout had a disparate impact on their careers. While Timberlake’s chart-topping success remained largely unaffected, Jackson faced more significant consequences.

In recent times, the tables have turned, and Justin Timberlake has faced public disfavor, especially during the Free Britney movement.

Britney Spears, in her memoir titled “The Woman in Me,” candidly shared a personal experience from the early 2000s. During her relationship with Timberlake, she underwent an abortion. Because he “wasn’t happy” about the pregnancy and “didn’t want to be a father.”

In a now-deleted Instagram post, Britney Spears reached out to her former *NSYNC colleague, Justin Timberlake.

“I also wanted to say I am in love with Justin Timberlake’s new song ‘Selfish’ It is soo good,” Spears wrote on Instagram .

Strangely, the “Friends with Benefits” actor responded by taking the stage and emphatically telling the audience, “I’d like to take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely f–king nobody,” before launching into his 2002 song “Cry Me a River,” a song fueled by memories of his past relationship and subsequent split with Spears.

The singer of “Gimme More” responded to her ex-boyfriend on social media, writing, “Someone told me someone was talking s–t about me on the streets !!!”

Singer continued, “Do you want to bring it to the court or will you go home crying to your mom like you did last time ??? I’m not sorry !!!”
